How To Stop Complaining And Start Living Now!

Complaining is one of the most common reasons why people have difficulty coping with their responsibilities in life. Every time you complained, bitched about something – you literally robbed yourself!

… You ROBBED yourself the opportunity to do something real…

… Something constructive and meaningful that takes you forward to controlling your life

… After all, it’s always easier to complain!

Unfortunately, if you continue to live in this “complaint” mindset, you’re not going to find life any easier sooner.

The encouraging news is that…

There may be lots of ways to stop complaining but putting them into action is not an easy task to do.

Here are some simple steps which you can do for you to be able to prioritize all your responsibilities so will avoid having any complains when you experience stress and anxiety when making decisions.

Step 1: Rate Your Responsibilities

It is essential that you determine all your responsibilities in life. You can do this by prioritizing which is the most important from the least important. Every individual’s responsibility is different and unique. This is why there may be some ways which will not work for you but will work for other people.

Perhaps you can use a scale of 1-10. In this way, it will be easy for you to identify and determine which responsibilities you will be doing first. However, you should also consider yourself and your needs because if you think that a single responsibility has a certain consequence, then you have to prepare yourself as well.

Step 2: Change What You Feel

Instead of complaining, why not put yourself into a positive attitude and situation. Replacing your negative thoughts into positive will help you in making the right decision in life. One reason why decision making is affected is because you are letting your emotions dictate you. If you feel like your emotion is already affecting your daily activities, then you probably be doing something about this so as not to lead a more serious complain and problem.

With so many responsibilities, negative thought no longer has place in your mind. The best thing that you should do is to replace all your negative thinking into healthy and positive thinking.

Step 3: Use Springboard

Another valid reason why complaining is very toxic is because it does not lead to anything. If you are not doing anything then nothing will change. This causes negative chargers which will drain your energy and will lead to increased anxiety wherein you complain more and receive no profit at all.

Too much complaining means you are losing more energy than gaining energy to do all your responsibilities in life. You have to motivate yourself so you can achieve something which you really want in life.

Step 4: Take Note Of All Positive Things

Taking note of all the positive things, then you will also have a positive outlook in life. When you do this, you will be keeping in your mind all the positive things that you want to happen including the responsibilities which you have to do to survive and have a satisfying life.

Make your own list of positive things so you know what to prioritize and you know what are the benefits that you will be getting from it. Having a positive attitude will help us stop complaining for what may happen.

Step 5: Take Note Of All Negative Things

If you have listed all the positive things that you want to achieve in life, it would be better if you will also list some of the negative and possible things that may happen in your life. In this way, you will know what to avoid or prevent so as to stop complaining. Let go of the negative thoughts and fear so that can you deal with the values responsibilities that you need to achieve.

The negative things make us feel uncomfortable and this leads to negative result. Bear in mind that negative thoughts and feelings is the reason why we complain and why we have difficulty coping and handling all the various situations that we are encountering every day.

Step 6: Think And Meditate

Meditating is one of the most effective ways to release tension and anxiety in the body. By meditating, your negative thinking will be changed into positive because you will be focused on a more positive side of life. Meditation can be done in a place where there is peace and relaxing atmosphere. As a matter of fact, you can meditate every time you feel like there is something wrong.

In addition, meditating is a very healthy activity because your mind is not just relaxed but your body is also relaxed. When you think of something that is positive, you will create healthier and realistic decisions which will lead you to be a person.

Step 7: Do Some Exercise

Many may think that the benefit of exercise is to keep the body strong, fit and healthy. Actually, exercise is also needed by our mind because this will help us make the right choice and directions towards a healthy human being.

However, you do not need to engage yourself with active exercises. Try to do easy and simple exercises which will help your mind and body relaxed and comfortable. When you exercise, you are also releasing all the negative feelings that you have in you.

Step 8: Deep Breathe

When you feel that there is something wrong and seems like your anxiety is increasing, the best and most effective exercise that you can do is to do deep breathing. When you do this, try to inhale through your nose, hold your breath for 2-3 seconds and exhale from your mouth. When you do this, you are trying to stop the increasing anxiety and you can easily relax your mind and body at the same time. This exercise may be simple but it really is effective and healthy as well.

Rather than wasting our time complaining, why not think of a positive solution which may lead to healthy decisions in life. There are so many barriers that will stop us from achieving our goals and dreams but we should keep ourselves into something which will help us to live a more peaceful and meaningful life.

Dr Robert Anthony: The 4 Letter Word That Kills Your Dreams‏

"I am looking for a lot of men who have an infinite capacity to not know what can't be done." - Henry Ford

"I can believe anything, provided it is incredible." - Oscar Wilde

We have talked often in this course about limiting beliefs and how they hold us back. Much of what we have encouraged you to do is examine and release those limiting beliefs, to silence the voice that says "I can't."

It's the "I can't" voice that, over time, kills your ability and even your desire to dream. Yet many of the marvels of our modern world exist because someone had the audacity to dream, to simply not accept that something could not be done.

Children have vivid imaginations and dream all sorts of fantastic things for themselves. But in our journey to adulthood we adopt false beliefs about ourselves and our abilities. We often end up not only believing we are limited, but we try to convince others of it as well. You have probably heard the expression, "Argue for your limitations and they're yours."

Try not to use your Personality Filters as an excuse for behavior or as an excuse for staying stuck. When you look at your personality and the specific challenges that seem to come up repeatedly for you, be honest, but only in an effort to get you to see and release what blocks you. The focus of your evolution will then be always toward a lighter sense of being, toward a bolder, bigger and more authentic
expression of the unlimited being that you are.

This is an abundant universe of infinite possibilities. If your current circumstances make that difficult to believe, look past them. Imagine a different life, a different world, a different you. Dare to dream. Dream big and crazy and wild. No one has to hear. It's just you imagining, so go ahead. Give it a try. You've got absolutely nothing to lose and so much to gain.

Truly Caring for Your Success!
