Dr Robert Anthony: You HAVE TO KNOW this...‏

We talk a lot about change, but where does the power to change come from? I can tell you this; it is not from your mind. Your mind only knows what it has been conditioned to believe. In order to make permanent and lasting change you must know the source of your true power.

You must KNOW, not just believe, that you are Source Energy in a physical body and that the Source Energy part of you remains in the non-physical or vibrational realm, while the physical part of you is functioning in the physical dimension. But you cannot separate yourself EVER from the Source Energy that is you.

It is always pulsing strong within you. The Source Energy that is pulsing strong within you knows your true value and your true power. But when you forget WHO YOU ARE, it causes a problem in your vibration. The Source Energy within you loves you and others around you and when you don't, you cause discord in your vibrational energy.

The way it works is, you came forth in this physical body and in the moment you came forth you gained the perspective of your physical environment, but you also always have this larger perspective of Source Energy pulsing through you. And in the moment you were born those two perspectives began to give you vibrational feedback – the relationship between the Source Energy and the physical side of you. It began giving you feedback just like every guidance system in the world does.

So now you have these two points of vibrations. The unlimited Source Energy that you are, and who you think you are - your personality. And in the moment when you feel negative emotion it means that the Source Energy that you are has a very different point of view of whatever your object of attention is within you. This is your indication you are out of alignment.

Like most of us, Steve Jobs personality had many sides. He could be aloof, super-intense, gross, passionate, creative, driven, unfair, conciliatory and deeply introspective. He lived a rich and unique life. Here are 20 Lessons that we can all glean from Steve Jobs’ remarkable life.

Don’t Wait
When the young Steve Jobs wanted to build something and needed a piece of equipment, he went straight to the source.

“He began by recalling that he had wanted to build a frequency counter when he was twelve, and he was able to look up Bill Hewlett, the founder of HP, in the phone book and call him to get parts.”

Make Your Own Reality
Steve Jobs learned early that when you don’t like how things are in your life or in your world, change them, either through action or sheer force of will.

“As Hoffman later lamented, “The reality distortion field can serve as a spur, but then reality itself hits.” – Joanna Hoffman, part of Apple’s early Macintosh team.
“I didn’t want to be a father, so I wasn’t,” Jobs later said, with only a touch of remorse in his voice.

Control Everything You Can

Steve Jobs was, to a certain degree, a hippie. However, unlike most free spirits of the 1960s-to-1970s love-in era, Jobs was a detail-oriented control freak.

“He wants to control his environment, and he sees the product as an extension of himself.”

Own Your Mistakes
Jobs could be harsh and even thoughtless. Perhaps nowhere was that more in evidence than with his first daughter. Still, as Jobs grew older and began to face mortality, he more readily admitted his mistakes.

“I’ve done a lot of things I’m not proud of, such as getting my girlfriend pregnant when I was twenty-three and the way I handled that,” Jobs said.”

Know Yourself
While not always aware of how those around him were reacting to his appearance or demeanor, Jobs had no illusions about his own formidable intellectual skills.

“Then a more disconcerting discovery began to dawn on him: He was smarter than his parents.”

Leave the Door Open for the Fantastic
Jobs was a seeker, pursuing spiritual enlightenment and body purification throughout his life. He wasn’t a particularly religious person, but did not dismiss the existence or something beyond our earth-bound realm.

Don’t Hold Back
Apple’s founder was famous for his outbursts and sometimes over-emotional responses. In product development, things were often amazing or sh_t.

Surround Yourself with Brilliance
Whether he was willing to admit it or not, Steve Jobs could not do everything. Yes, he could have a huge impact on every product and marketing campaign, but he also knew that there were others in the world with skills he did not possess. Jobs’ early partnership with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak perfectly illustrated this fact. His early success with Wozniak provided the template for future collaborations.

“After a couple of months he was ready to test it. ‘I typed a few keys on the keyboard and I was shocked! The letters were displayed on the screen.’ It was Sunday, June 29, 1975, a milestone for the personal computer. “It was the first time in history,” Wozniak later said, “anyone had typed a character on a keyboard and seen it show up on their own computer’s screen right in front of them.”

Build a Team of A Players
Far too often, companies and managers settle for average employees. Steve Jobs recognized talent and decided that any conflict that might arise from a company full of “A”-level players would be counterbalanced by awesome output. He may have been right.

“For most things in life, the range between best and average is 30% or so. The best airplane flight, the best meal, they may be 30% better than your average one. What I saw with Woz was somebody who was fifty times better than the average engineer. He could have meetings in his head. The Mac team was an attempt to build a whole team like that, A players. People said they wouldn’t get along, they’d hate working with each other. But I realized that A players like to work with A players, they just didn’t like working with C players.”– Steve Jobs

“I’ve learned over the years that when you have really good people you don’t have to baby them,” Jobs later explained. “By expecting them to do great things, you can get them to do great things.”

Be Yourself
Steve Jobs was often so busy being himself that he had no idea how people saw him, especially in his early, dirty-hippie days.

“At meetings we had to look at his dirty feet.” Sometimes, to relieve stress, he would soak his feet in the toilet, a practice that was not as soothing for his colleagues.”—Mike Markkula, Apple’s first chairman.

Be Persuasive
While it’s true that early Steve Jobs was a somewhat smelly and unpleasant person to be around, this same Steve Jobs also trained himself to stare without blinking for long periods of time and found that he could persuade people to do the seemingly impossible.

“If it could save a person’s life, would you find a way to shave ten seconds off the boot time?” he asked. Kenyon allowed that he probably could. Jobs went to a whiteboard and showed that if there were five million people using the Mac, and it took ten seconds extra to turn it on every day, that added up to three hundred million or so hours per year that people would save, which was the equivalent of at least one hundred lifetimes saved per year.”

Show Others the Way
Jobs wasn’t truly a programmer or technologist, certainly not in the way that Microsoft founder Bill Gates is, yet he had an intuitive understanding for technology and design that ended up altering the world’s expectations for computers and, more importantly, consumer electronics.

“To be honest, we didn’t know what it meant for a computer to be ‘friendly’ until Steve told us.” — Terry Oyama, part of the early Macintosh design team.

Trust Your Instincts
I have, in my own career, navigated by gut on more than one occasion. Steve Jobs, though, had a deep and abiding belief in his own tastes and believed with utter certainty that if he liked something, the public would as well. He was almost invariably right.

Take Risks
Throughout his career, Steve Jobs took chances, first with the launch of Apple, then in walking away from it and then returning in 1997. In an era when most companies were figuring out ways to diversify, Apple — under Job’s leadership — shed businesses and products, and focused on relatively few areas. He was also willing to steer the entire Apple ship (or at least some aspects of it) in a single direction if he thought it would generate future success.

“One of Jobs’ management philosophies was that it is crucial, every now and then, to roll the dice and ‘bet the company’ on some new idea or technology.”
“I had this crazy idea that we could sell just as many Macs by advertising the iPod. In addition, the iPod would position Apple as evoking innovation and youth. So I moved $75 million of advertising money to the iPod, even though the category didn’t justify one hundredth of that. That meant that we completely dominated the market for music players. We outspent everybody by a factor of about a hundred.” — Steve Jobs.

Follow Great with Great
In everything from products to movies (under Pixar), Steve Jobs sought to create great follow-ups. He wasn’t so successful in the early part of his career (see Lisa), but his third acts to Pixar and Apple proved he had the sequel touch.

“There’s a classic thing in business, which is the second-product syndrome,” Jobs later said. It comes from not understanding what made your first product so successful. “I lived through that at Apple. My feeling was, if we got through our second film, we’d make it.”

Make Tough Decisions
Good managers and leaders are willing to do hard work and, often, make unpopular decisions. Jobs apparently had little concern about being liked and therefore was well-equipped to make tough choices.

“The most visible decision he made was to kill, once and for all, the Newton, the personal digital assistant with the almost-good handwriting-recognition system.”

Presentation Can Make a World of Difference
The Apple founder hated PowerPoint presentations, but perhaps somewhat uncharacteristically, believed elegant product presentation was critical.

“Packaging can be theater, it can create a story.” — Jony Ive, Apple designer.

Find a Way to Balance Your Intensity

It’s unclear if Steve Jobs ever truly mellowed, but he did learn that a buffer between him and the rest of Apple could be useful.

“In a company that was led by a CEO prone to tantrums and withering blasts, Cook commanded situations with a calm demeanor, a soothing Alabama accent, and silent stares.”

Live for Today

Even as Steve Jobs struggled with cancer, he rarely slowed down. If anything, the disease helped him focus his efforts and pursue some of his grandest dreams.

Motivation and Success

Getting and staying motivated is the key to success in any human endeavour. Everybody wants to succeed but wanting to succeed and actually succeeding are two very different things.

William A. Ward said this: "Recipe for success: Study while others are sleeping; work while others are loafing; prepare while others are playing; and dream while others are wishing."

We are guided by powerful helping hands when we commit ourselves to success, and follow its laws.

Success begins by requiring that we keep our minds focused on our desired outcome, not our limitations. Mr. Ward also said, "If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it."

Here are three "Don’ts" to avoid becoming unmotivated:

Don’t set yourself up for failure. If you think that you can jump from the starting line to the finish line in a single bound, you will be disappointed.

Agree with yourself that it is going to take a lot of small steps to get to where you want to be.

Don’t skip the basics. You have to do your homework and lay a good solid foundation in order to achieve success. You must decide what you want, commit to it, and then start building your own doors to knock on. Commitment holds power, and moves you to take the actions necessary to reach your goals and objectives.

Don’t overlook the obvious. Reach for help when and where you can. Read and learn. Books wake us up, and provide necessary inspiration, motivation, and education.

They nourish and fire up our potential. Then it is up to us to put that knowledge into action, and develop discipline and skills.

Good books work... if we work.

Maintain Your Passion to Achieve Goals‏

At the beginning of a new project, job or relationship, everything feels wonderful. You are passionate, energetic, and positive that the outcome will be successful.

Time goes by....problems arise.....you put in a lot more than you get out and success begins to look like an improbability if not an impossibility.

Been there? Done that? We all have.

The question is....what is it that changed?

The goal remains the same so what changed was...well....you changed. You lost your passion, energy and positive mental attitude. You let problems blind you to possibilities. You let road blocks sap your energy. You let negative thoughts (and people?) bury your positive attitude.

You need an "attitude adjustment so that you can regain your passion, energy and positive outlook. Here are some suggestions to help you do that:

First, lets look at passion. Think back to the time when you started the project, job or relationship. Remember the fire you felt.

Now....write a sentence or short paragraph that plainly states the object of your desire.

Regaining the energy you need to reach your goal may simply be a matter of organization and planning. Break your goal down into a series of small goals that will help you reach the larger goal.

Get rid of all that negativity that is blocking your way to success. When you replace the negative words that little voice in your head is saying like "I cant...I don’t..." with positive words like "I can...I do...", success will become something you can see again.

Dr Robert Anthony: How to Raise Your Vibration Level Instantly...

I would like to continue our discussion of the WAY IT IS a little further so that you really get what's happening. I realize your teachers, parents, mentors and those around you have taught you to tell your story about the WAY IT IS. After all, that is "reality".

But here is what you must do. You must begin to tell your story about the way you want your life to be. Tell your story of the way you want it to be until you begin to believe the story. (After all, you believe the story you are telling now as though it were true!)

When you believe your new story, your vibration will shift and the universe will match your story. The universe is always matching your vibrational energy. Most people don't know they can offer a vibration that matches what they want. Instead they believe they should offer a story about the WAY IT IS, not realizing they are attracting more of the WAY IT IS.

You can get swept up in the WAY IT IS because the WAY IT IS gets your attention. The reason for this is all of our physical senses are designed to help you observe your environment. What you see with your eyes is a translation of vibration, what you smell with your nose is a translation of vibration. What you feel with your fingertips is a translation of vibration. What hear with your ears and taste with your tongue is a translation of vibration. You are a veritable vibrational interpreter. I just want you to realize that the true interpretation of the vibration that is going on within you is translated into emotion. Your emotions are really telling you the story you want to be aware of.

So when you feel negative emotion what your inner guidance is telling you is you've got chronic thoughts going on, and more importantly current thoughts in the moment that are not a match to what you want. And, depending how strong the negative emotions are, it will determine to what extent your thoughts are in alignment with your desire. Negative emotion is always the indicator.

When you feel ANY negative emotion it is time to pay attention because you are going in the wrong direction. You are moving AWAY from your desires. Use this powerful indicator to your advantage and shift your energy in that moment and start moving TOWARDS what you desire by changing your story from the WAY IT IS to the
way you want it to be.

Aim To FEEL Consistently Good

The Law of Vibration

The Law of Vibration might not be as well known as the Law of Attraction. However - the Law of Vibration serves as the foundation for the Law of Attraction.

To understand this it is important to know that everything is energy. Science, through Quantum Physics, is showing us that everything in our universe is energy.

When we go down on a sub-atomic level we do not find matter, but pure energy. Some called this the unified field or the matrix. Others talk about pure potentiality - all being energy

Everything vibrates

This Universal Law states that everything in the Universe moves and vibrates - everything is vibrating at one speed or another. Nothing rests. Everything you see around you is vibrating at one frequency or another and so are you. However your frequency is different from other things in the universe - hence it seems like you are separated from what you see around you - people, animals, plants, trees and so on. BUT you are not separated - you are in fact living in an ocean of energy - we all are. We are all connected at the lowest level - a level professor John Hagelin calls the unified field.

Setting Your vibrational tone
Back in 1986 Esther and her husband Jerry Hicks came into contact with non-physical entities called Abraham. Abraham is a group of evolved teachers from "the other side". These non-physical entities speak through Esther. In the video below Abraham is explaining how everything in the universe vibrates. The Law of Vibration is the law that serves as the foundation for the Law of Attraction.

Everything has its own vibrational frequency - the table - the car - the picture frame - the rock - even our thoughts and feelings. It is all governed by The Law of Vibration.

A table may look solid and still, but within the table are millions of millions of subatomic particles "running around" and "popping" with energy. The table is pure energy and movement. Everything in this universe has its own vibrational frequency. It is The Law of Vibration in action. However we can't see it so it appears separate and solid to us. It is actually an illusion.

The Law of Vibration is real.Even if you can't see it it does not mean that it is not true.

Believing is seeing
Before the invention of the microscope people would have labelled you totally crazy if you told them that small "creatures crawled around" on the skin of all human beings.

WHY?
Simply because people could not see them.

Today we all know that our skin is covered with bacteria. It appears that the skin, the largest organ in our body, is a kind of zoo.

According to a study in 2007 performed by the Department of Medicine at NYU School of Medicine researchers found evidence for 182 species of bacteria in skin samples.

If you had told this to people before the invention of the microscope they would have locked you up and thrown away the key. Today we don't even bother thinking about all these bacteria - these "creatures" - living off our skin.

Before the invention of the Electron microscope in 1931 which made it possible to view objects as small as the diameter of an atom no-one believed there could exists something so small

WHY?
Simple because people could not see it.

Humans live by the old saying "seeing is believing" - but why do we not learn from history and realize that something might be true even though we do not see it. We do not have to see something to believe it.

It should be the other way around - believing will make you see. Most people only choose to look at what they know now and what they can see. They only rely on their five senses. They are not willing to keep an open mind. They are not willing to accept that everything vibrates and that The Law of Vibration is real -that we are vibrating sending-towers transmitting our thoughts and feelings into the universe all the time.

Frame of knowledge
Most people are only looking inside our frame of knowledge. In other words they only relate to what they can see, verify and test. They rely only on their 5 senses to tell them what their reality is. They are only using their sensory level to define their frame of knowledge in the time we are living.

This frame however seems to change when science can tell us that something is true.

Before it was a "fact" that the earth was flat. But as we know now it wasn't - it is round.  

Then the earth was the center of the universe - but it wasn't - then The Milky-Way was the only galaxy - but it wasn't. It was only one of billions of galaxies.

Our frame of knowledge is constantly changing since science is showing us "new" truths. Our frame of knowledge has been changing as long as we have lived on this planet.

It is about time we realize that something can be a reality even though we can't use our 5 senses to verify it.

Keep an Open Mind
Let us use the dog-whistle as an example to illustrate a point about what we perceive as true or not. Today, we all know that dogs can detect sounds that is undetectable to the human ear.

When someone blows a dog-whistle we know that the sounds from that dog-whistle will be detected by the dog even though we can't hear it. Our 5 senses are not able to detect the sound, but still we accept this as fact - as true - as our reality.

WHY?
Because science has shown us that dogs can detect sounds we can't. Before science could prove it we did not believe it to be true.

We need to open up to the idea that there are things in our lives going on which might be true even though we can't use our 5 senses to verify it - like the Law of Vibration.

We need to keep an open mind and we should be better at thinking out of the box. We ought to realize that what we think is impossible today might be obvious and a known fact in 10-15 years time. The Law of Vibration might be a subject in school for children to learn about just like the Law of Gravity.

Today no-one question the use of the cell phone making it possible to talk to other people on the other side of the planet without a wire to be seen - it is all wireless.

You can't see how it works, but you believe in it since science told you it works. Then you tried it out for yourselves.

We can reach out to millions of people through the internet and no-one question that either because it is technology of our time. On the other hand if someone told you 40 years ago that you would be able to surf something called the Internet and you could reach millions of people using this internet with extremely low cost you would not believe it.

WHY?
Because it would not be part of your frame of knowledge at that time in history.

If someone told you 100 years ago that you could carry with you a tiny gadget with the capacity to store thousands of songs, take pictures and enable you to talk to someone on the other side of the planet wireless you would think they were totally crazy. Today iPhone and similar phones with all these features are as common as milk and bread to many people all over the globe.

Radio waves 
Inventors throughout history have had a hard time being accepted and believed by their fellow man when they invented something new.
 
WHY?
Because the frame of knowledge at that time did not have the ability to grasp it. The inventors and pioneers throughout history have made new ground. However many people are afraid of changing what they already know. Hence these inventors and pioneers being ahead of their time have been struggling to be heard.

Guglielmo Marconi was an Italian inventor and he was able to show to the world the feasibility of radio communication. However - he had a hard time being believed that signals could be sent wireless. His colleagues and other scientists said he was ready for the "looney-house".

He sent and received his first radio signal in Italy in 1895. By 1899 he flashed the first wireless signal across the English Channel.

On June 2nd 1896, Marconi applied for a British wireless telegraphy patent. Shortly thereafter he applied for and obtained a patent in the United States. He electrified the world when he succeeded in sending a wireless signal from Newfoundland to Ireland. Believing that radio waves, like light rays, on which signals had already been sent, shot out into space when they reached the horizon, some scientists did not believe his claim to have sent a signal across the Atlantic.

Today we know better.

However, Marconi was NOT the first one to discover the radio waves even though most people think so. Most of us, think of Guglielmo Marconi as the father of radio, and we know little of Nikola Tesla's work in radio.

Marconi claimed all the first patents for radio, something originally developed by Tesla. Nikola Tesla tried to prove that he was the creator of radio but it wasn't until 1943, where Marconi's patents were deemed invalid. However, people still have no idea about Tesla's work with radio.

Will we change what we believe in?
Maybe 15 years from now the Law of Vibration is a well know fact for every single person on this planet - just as much a fact as our planet being round and part of The Milky Way. Maybe it will be part of the teaching in every school and the kids will learn how to send out positive thoughts and vibrations as part of their behavior. They will learn to understand The Law of Vibration, The Law of Attraction and other universal Laws governing our lives.

We need to believe that anything is possible. We just need to believe it. Believing is seeing.

So believe in The Law of Vibration - that everything is vibrating. Absolutely everything. We are actually living in a sea of energy or to quote Bob Proctor from "The Secret":

"We live in an ocean of motion"
Our thoughts are on a certain vibrational frequency and hence is part of the vibrating universe. The Law of Attraction, which is based on The Law of Vibration, states that we attract what we are sending out. Hence positive energies attract positive energies and negative energies attract negative energies.

Our thoughts are cosmic waves of energy that penetrate all time and space. Thought is the most potent vibration - so this means you can attract to you what you want and wish for.

In 1910 Wallace D. Wattles wrote "The Science of Getting Rich".
He speaks of a thinking stuff from which all things are made:

"Everything you see on earth is made from one original substance, out of which all things proceed".
"There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe.

A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by thought.

Man can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created."

The Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration go hand in hand
When you know that your thoughts and emotions are vibrating ( Law of Vibration) and you know that "like attracts like" (Law of Attraction) you will appreciate that you can now start to alter your life just by altering your thoughts and emotions.

Unfortunately many of us are "programmed" from childhood to have thoughts and emotions about worry, fear, scarcity and so on.

If you change these patters of thoughts and feelings you will be able to attract into your life what you truly want. 

Mike Dooley is an author with the bestselling book The Art of Living Your Dream. He is also the founder of "Notes from the Universe" which are short emails with often humorous reminders of life's magic and your divinity. In one of his Notes he talks about how we should think of our dreams as they have already happened which of course is one of the key elements of the Law of Attraction in order to send out the right vibrations (The Law of Vibration).

Just once a day, imagine the life you dream of. Believe that it can be yours in this world of magic and miracles. Choose to live as if you know of its inevitable manifestation. Don't compromise. Don't worry. Don't look for results. And as surely as spirit crafts one moment after another, so too will it fuse together the life you now lead with the life of your dreams as if they were two pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, destined to become one. 

So, why have many people failed at getting what they wish for? Why doesn't the Law of Attraction work? 
It does work as long as you send out the right vibrations. The Law of Vibration never fails. Everything vibrates. Experts in the Law of Attraction. say that you must do more than just make a wish.

Your emotions and feelings must also be aligned with what you wish for. It is not enough to merely ask for it if you do not truly have emotions and feelings that are in harmony with that wish. You need to "fall in love" with what you want in order to be in the correct vibrational state.

If you ask for more money through prayer, meditation or just by wanting it - it will not help you if your emotions and feelings are programmed to think that money does not grow on trees, or that you do not deserve to be rich, or that you cannot handle being rich etc.

If you grew up in a family where your father or mother (or both) always said: "do you think I am made out of money - we can't afford that" - then most likely you are programmed to believe this to be true.

Your subconscious mind has a different belief system than what you are wishing for. Hence your inner feelings and emotions are not aligned with your wish. These beliefs are thousands of times stronger than desires and wishes. So if you desire something like a new house or getting a new job it will not happen if your beliefs are "I can't". The beliefs win every time.

We all have built a blueprint in our mind (subconscious) of what we regard as true and what we believe in. This blueprint has been sculpted for years through your childhood by your father and mother, by your brother and sisters, by your friends, by what you read in the newspapers, by what you see on TV, by what you learn in school and so on.

If suddenly new information is presented to this blueprint it will not automatically be added. You can ask for more money of financial wealth everyday for several years and nothing will ever manifest as the Law of Attraction preaches because your subconscious is not aligned with that desire. This is the reason why so many people who attempt to change their lives using the Law of Attraction fail.

In order to change your belief system you can start applying affirmations.

"Reprogram" your subconscious mind with a new belief system. Believe that anything is possible, believe that you are rich, that you deserve to be rich, that you are happy, that you are healthy and so on. Make a list of positive affirmations and read them to yourself every day. Say to yourself those things you want to be or believe in.

The Truth About 'SURRENDER'

When someone mentions the word "Surrender", what does that mean to you? We commonly mistake surrender for giving up. Unfortunately there is a fine line between obsessive control and determination or between surrendering and giving up.

Imagine hanging onto a small branch on the side of a cliff. You would hold on as tightly as possible to keep from falling to the ground wouldn't you? You would grit your teeth with a dogged determination vowing not to give up until help arrives. The last thing you want to do is surrender to the inevitable fate of falling.

Now, what if I told you the danger is not real and that you are actually only two feet from the ground? Would you loosen your grip on the branch? Of course you would! This is Surrender. It is the ability to relax one's grip on life in the place of the ILLUSION of danger.

Yes. It is possible your business might fail. Your wife or husband may divorce you. Your whole city could be wiped out by a natural disaster or terrorist attack. This doesn't mean you don't do what you can to be prepared. But you are defeating yourself when you try to control things outside of your direct influence. So Surrender is demonstrated by the willingness to let go of the need to control things OUTSIDE of your direct influence.

Surrender happens when you do what you can do in the moment, and let go of the things that are outside of your control.

Here is a way to experience Control versus Surrender. Clench your fist. Make your hand so tight that nothing can slip through into your palm. What would you do if I wanted to put $1,000 into the palm of your hand right now? Would you keep your fist clenched or would you surrender your clenched hand to accept what I am offering? Life works the same way. When your mind is clenched, you cannot open yourself to the riches you deserve.

The time comes when you have read all there is to read and learned everything possible to learn about your chosen field from books and articles and now you are going to have to "wing it".

YOU are going to have to "fly by the seat of your pants". It’s time to launch yourself into thin air, find the turbulence and soar.

Being well armed with knowledge will prevent you from falling from the sky and crashing unceremoniously to earth, but, you are going to have to use all that knowledge, stay focused and passionate, and be willing to accept some setbacks while you succeed by doing the job you really know how to do.

Before you takeoff, be sure you know where you want to go. Write your destination down in one paragraph and keep rewriting it until you are perfectly clear about what you want to achieve.

Check your passion level...it needs to be setting on "full" before you lift off. Success has to be the only thing you can think about or, even, want to think about.

Stay on course. "Quitters never win and winners never quit" is your motto. A lot of people start new online businesses everyday, but few stay the course long enough to succeed. See every problem as an opportunity to learn and not as a reason to quit.

Refuel your passion. When you feel your passion fading, find a way to add fuel to the fire.

Expect turbulence. There will be lots of problems, adversities, and discouragement along the way. Fly around it over it or under it but don’t ever quit.

Find Happiness with Four Little Known Mood Boosters

Happiness is the state in which we were all meant to live. When this state of being eludes you, there are several mood boosting activities you can take part in to ensure low moods are few and far between. Many can even produce identifiable changes in brain chemistry almost instantly.

Get close to the ocean, a waterfall or any moving water
Moving water creates an atmosphere in which it is nearly impossible to feel hopeless and deflated. The 5 great freshwater lakes of the US and the ocean all are bodies of water that are in constant motion. There are two reasons these large bodies of water have a positive impact on our mood.

Bananas are not just a convenient snack to carry around. They are also one of the top foods that will instantly boost your mood. Their combination of tryptophan, vitamin B6 and complex carbohydrates actually converts to serotonin.

Serotonin is one of the primary neurotransmitters that helps sustain an elevated mood and sense of well being. Deficiencies in this important hormone result in depression, insomnia and mood fluctuations.

Have you noticed the things you got handled you keep handling? That's because your belief is congruent so your pattern of thought and your expectations keep perpetuating the same things. The Law of Attraction, which is the fundamental creative law of the universe, says that the frequency you are emitting is constantly being matched by other frequencies that are the same. So when you feel the way you feel and you don't consciously change the thoughts that cause you to feel the way you do, then you continue to experience this habit of thought. 

Unfortunately, most people do not change their patterns of belief because most people perpetuate their patterns of belief through their observation of WHAT IS. Here is what's happening: WHAT IS surrounds you, then you observe it, then you offer more vibration about it and the Law of Attraction gives you more of WHAT IS which you observe and offer a vibration about it so the Law of Attraction gives you more of WHAT IS, etc.

Then you compound the problem by saying that, "My life experience has taught me that WHAT IS - IS! This is fact. This is just the way it is".

That may or may not be true. It may be JUST THE WAY IT IS, but what you need to understand is that JUST THE WAY IT IS, is absolutely changeable, but you can't change JUST THE WAY IT IS if you keep observing JUST THE WAY IT IS!

So how to you change this pattern? You change it by choice. You choose to look at things the way you WANT them to be. You shift your vibrational pattern by caring more about the way you FEEL then you do about the "truth" or the "facts" that you are observing. The way you FEEL is what activates the Law of Attraction. If you do whatever you can to feel good and focus on what you want instead of the WAY IT IS, you will attract what you want. If you focus on THE WAY IT IS, you will attract more of the WAY IT IS. It's as simple as that.

Dr Robert Anthony: Are You A Victim Of Self Sabotage?

Sometimes we come to rely on actions and words to make our life what we want it to be. Then we get frustrated because sometimes we speak words and take actions that are contrary to the vibration we are offering.

In other words, when you say that you really hope something turns out well when you really do not expect it to, your words of hope sound optimistic, but they do not bring you the results you seek. When you want something that you sincerely doubt, it cannot manifest as long as that doubt is prevalent within you.

Most of your beliefs came through your life experiences. Your beliefs are the result of the things you witnessed in life that made you believe they are true. So when you saw something happening that you did not want to happen, as you observed it, you came to the conclusion that this is "factual", that this is "evidence", this is "truth", and this is "real". You have also been conditioned to believe that you must focus on things that are real.

But the truth is, whatever you are focusing on is training you into a habit of thought. That's all a belief is - a habitual thought pattern. So when you train yourself into a habit of thought that does not match anything you want, you have set up a cross current in your vibrational frequency. In other words, you WANT it this way, but you also EXPECT it this way.

The problem is you got most of your expectations by listening and watching TV, from family, friends, news media, etc. You have come to this vibrational habit of thought over a long period of time. Whether you like it or not, in most cases those thoughts are more dominate within you than the vibration of your desire. What is happening is that there are all kinds of things that you want, but you are sending out a different or opposite vibration than those things that you want.

You have to find a way to shift your beliefs before your life can change. If you do not have what you want, I can guarantee you have a contradictory energy or belief system going on within you. Take the time to discover what it is and then use that awareness to change it. Awareness is always the first step to making any change.

1. Alter your perspective: All of us just who we are and we do what we do because of how we think about stuff. Because of our experiences and life influences so far, our minds have learned to respond or react to situations and events in a set way.

To change our life, we need to change the way we think about these things. We need to change our perspective of life. This is the foundation for every self-help or self improvement ever conceived.

2. Approach life with a positive attitude: Positive thoughts, attitudes and inputs (from any source including the people we spend time with) will influence our life in a positive way (negative ones work the same way).

Our positive thoughts and words about events, other people and especially ourselves will accelerate our transition to a better life. Positives help produce more positives. It’s just the way it works.

3. Recognize life’s lessons: Everybody has a lot to learn about themselves, other people and the world at large.

Life will, without fail, provide us with the opportunity to learn especially from the uncomfortable events or situations.

It just makes sense to pay attention to the things that are happening to us and learn from them as quickly as possible so we can move on to the next (and perhaps, easier) lesson.

4. Don’t fail to ask: Question the concepts, principles and "truths" that are prompting you to think, believe - and as a result, act - in the way you do.

At least some of the information we have received in our lifetime tends to be misleading and therefore, inhibits our ability to do those things we need to do to move on toward a better, more enjoyable lifestyle.

Be open even to answers that vary considerably from your present viewpoint. They may hold a key "truth" that will open the doors to a whole new world.

5.Connect with your higher power: Tune in to whomever or whatever you believe is your spiritual teacher or mentor. Listen. Learn to follow your "gut feelings".

I am convinced that we are all a part of something far greater than this physical world we experience every day. And, from what I have seen and experienced, allowing this spiritual realm to play a greater role in our lives helps immensely with our transition to a happier, more enjoyable life.

12 Important Things I Wish I’d Learned When I Was Young

What Schools Will NEVER Ever Teach You About Wealth Creation

Going through life is definitely a learning experience no matter who you are. You experience different things and learn because of failures, hardships and even successes. Although a person should try to live with no regrets, it is hard not to wonder how different things could be if you could go back in time with the current wisdom you possess.

Let’s face it, the younger versions of ourselves were not as seasoned or emotionally intelligent as we are now. All of the things you have dealt with in your life has brought you to the present, and molded you into the person that you are. Because of that you should be thankful for the trials you went through to get where you are at today.

Even still, how good could things be if you had learned certain important lessons earlier on in your life? There are a lot of concepts that have come out of the gate and fundamentally made our lives better. The following twelve things are ones we have pinpointed as incredibly important concepts that could have fundamentally changed things in the past for an individual.

If you haven’t started incorporating some of these into your own life yet, take note because they are very helpful practices and ways of thinking.

1. Learn From Your Failures
The ability to learn from your failures is absolutely important when looking to achieve any kind of success. Everything worth doing in life seems to be a challenge. Because of this failures are bound to happen from time to time. When some people fail to do something they had set out to accomplish, they let that failure discourage them and retreat from their endeavours. Doing so is not a positive thing, but a negative reaction to something that could have been taken much better.

Failures can be great learning experiences. You may have heard it said that you can learn more from failure than success. This is very true, as failures are something that can be analyzed and examined to fuel future successes. Don’t fear failure, but be ready to learn from the mistakes that you make along the way. If you can own up to your mistakes and learn from failure, you will be well on your way to succeeding in life.

2. Attitude Alters Reality
A person’s attitude greatly affects every aspect of their life. When you go into a situation with a positive attitude, more positive things will occur for you. Many don’t realize how this can bring about a fundamental change until they have tried it themselves.

Bad things do happen in life, but when your attitude is a good and well-adjusted one you are able to come out of things on top more often than not. Having a bad attitude hurts you because you wind up reacting negatively to things and damaging situations and relationships further. Learning to change your attitude can alter your reality into one that is much closer to your ideal.

3. Stop Comparing Yourself with Peers
Almost everyone is guilty of doing this from time to time, but when you learn to stop doing it you feel so much better. We all have this human instinct to compete with those around us. We want to be seen as superior or exceptional when compared to the others in our work environments and social groups. When you constantly compare yourself to others, what are you really achieving?

Trying to measure your success against someone else’s really doesn’t serve a purpose except for attempting to sate your own ego. Trying to have a nicer car than Bill because you want to feel good about yourself is petty. Comparing yourself with your peers can have negative effects on your psyche as well when they are at a good point in their lives and are ahead of you in the financial game. It is best to live your life to make yourself happy, and try the best you can in all things. Only look to your neighbor to support him, not to try to size yourself up against him.

4. An Attitude of Gratitude Works Wonders
The concept of being gracious is one some don’t understand, but it really helps people to live fulfilling lives. When you don’t take the things for granted that you possess in life, you learn to appreciate them more. By definition, feeling gratitude for the blessings you have in life helps to make you happier.

So often, especially when we are younger, we just desire more and more things. When we do this we wind up taking for granted all of the blessings that truly matter in our lives. Learn to be thankful for the family and friends you have who support you unconditionally. Understand how great it is to be able to taste your morning coffee and take a stroll in the park with your children. These are the things in life that truly matter.

5. Make a Habit Out of Writing Things Down
Whether you think yourself to have an exceptional memory or not, writing things down can be very beneficial to your life. Some of our best ideas in life can be fleeting. Have you ever had the feeling of knowing you were onto something very great, only to be unable to recall it? Many of us have, and these things can be prevented by learning to write down your thoughts and keep records.

Journaling might not appeal to everyone, but those of us who are into it love it very much. It can be a serene activity to jot down thoughts, ideas and just write whatever comes to mind. Doing so will help you to hang onto those elusive brilliant thoughts. It will also be fun to go back and look in journals and see what you were thinking at a certain point in time.

6. Stop Being So Serious
Life can be hectic, and sometimes we have a hard time with being able to lighten up. With all of the daily responsibilities of an adult, life can seem like a very serious affair. Although your responsibilities are important, worrying does you no go. A majority of the things you fret over never wind up coming to pass. Also, learning to have a more aloof attitude can actually be beneficial to your health. Have fun with life and enjoy the ride. Being serious can make someone so tense. It is much better to feel loose and enjoy everything the world is throwing at you. It is a great experience when you are looking at things from a relaxed perspective.

7. Opportunities Are Everywhere
This is definitely one most of us will wish we knew when we were younger. Opportunities present themselves to us all the time. Most people are so wrapped up in themselves or some rigid idea of how they want things to go that they are unable to see them.

Even when you experience failures and things don’t go as planned, being able to realize that opportunities are presenting themselves out of that situation can be the difference between a complete failure and another chance at success. Be ready to take what life gives you. When opportunities find you as you are walking along your path, be prepared to diverge from what you thought you wanted to do. Doors open all the time, and they are meant to be walked through.

8. The Parkinson’s Law Phenomenon
Now, this really isn’t a phenomenon, but it is surprising when you first have the concept dawn on you. Parkinson’s Law basically states that a job or task you have been given to do will become more complicated so as to fill the amount of time you have been given to do it. So if you were tasked with something simple, but your boss gave you a week deadline to do it, somehow you would take most of the week to complete that task.

If the same task was given to you with a one day deadline, you would also be able to complete it! A lot of us wish we understood this earlier in life, because procrastination is a bad thing. Learning not to waste your time becomes more and more important to us as we get older. Learn to give yourself only the time you need to do something instead of wasting precious hours for no reason.

9. Learn to Give Before You Receive
When you’re younger you often have the attitude of feeling like you should get something from someone before you ever think of giving back. This isn’t always the healthiest attitude. When you are able to come at someone with a good attitude and are prepared to be giving, you will find that the relationship can be more satisfying. You shouldn’t expect things from others, but should instead have a kind spirit, giving because you understand the value in helping others. When you do things like this it does help to give a sense of satisfaction and can make life all that much better because of it.

10. Learn to Take a Proactive Approach
There is something to be said for being able to react to situations well, but being proactive can make life much easier. When you’re reactive, you wait for something to happen and then pounce on it. A proactive individual knows how to create his own opportunity. Being proactive seems to be a wisdom that comes with age for most people.

You have a better sense of how to create opportunities for yourself and get things done when you have experience to draw from. If you aren’t much of a proactive person yet, just keep the mindset of wanting to make things happen. Don’t wait around for something to come to you. Make something happen in life.

11. Tackle Those Boring Tasks in Batches
Mundane tasks can be a drag, no matter what type of individual you are. One way to make these boring things seem more bearable is to do them in groups. When you group mundane tasks together and just get them done one after the other, you are able to do them quicker. Do them like this reduces the amount of time you spend thinking about them, and eliminates the slowness of startup time. So the next time you have a pile of boring things to complete, just lump it all together and get ready to get it out of your way.

12. The Amazing 80/20 Rule
The 80/20 rule is a very interesting concept. It states that eighty percent of our success in life seems to come from only twenty percent of our actions. Knowing this has helped so many to streamline their routines and stop wasting time.

Time is precious, so being able to identify the twenty percent of your activities that bring you success is very helpful. It can help you to cut the fluff out of your life and start having more time to do what you really want. If we all understood this when we were younger, we would be more successful and would have accomplished more things on our big life “to do list.” Regardless, there is no time like the present if you haven’t begun thinking this way. Free up your time and identify the twenty percent of your actions that you really need to focus on.
